What do people think of Bisping?

I was just wondering what you guys thought of Bisping so far as a coach?

The guy is fairly brash so I can see him possibly pissing off a few people, but for me so far he is doing a great job.

The UK team seems to have really gelled and has a great spirit. They all clearly have a great respect for the coaching staff too.

Hendo seems to be fairly quiet and reserved and doesn't seem like one to really motivate people. Where as you could hear Bisping's passion during the first fight last night. He looks like he lives and breathes Team UK.

What do people think about him? The trash talk etc...

He's done a good job so far pushing the team mentality. His main weapon is his focus on pride and nationalism that has helped him get his team work as a unit. I like Henderson and all but I think he has always been a lowkey type of individual. I don't think he has the leadership qualities, nor the charisma to turn the Americans into a force.

Not for nothing the UK team is making the American team look like punks. Kinda of sucks really being an American myself to see a bunch of fools reinforcing the sterotype that Americans are selfish, egomaniacs, that hate each other as much as they hate others.

I hate to admit it, but he's looking really good as a coach so far. I think he has the young fighters best interests in mind and he definitely works hard in and out of practice. he just seems so much more into what he is doing there, as a coach, than Hendo.

I think he will be a bit like Nogueira was last year. It looked like those guys would have jumped off a cliff for Minotauro, and obviously both the winners were his guys. I wouldn't predict the same for the UK guys by any means, but it's no coincidence the red team made up 3/4 of the finalists last season.

The only guys I dont like thus far are Damarques and Frank Lester. I hope those two get shut up in the cage somewhere down the line. And that has nothing to do with me being a Brit.

You hit it right on the head. Bisbing has what it takes to be a great coach. He could have a promising career after hes done fighting.

Watching Bisping shows that he is the future of fighting and coaching. He is looking at the footage of the US team fighting,
Rallying his fighters, working them hard to hit the main points like cardio

As it was observed earlier some of the US team have this false bravado before they have proved themselves.

Some one once said its the fight you have now not what you have fought

This for me is one of the best years so far I would like to see more technique and work outs rather than drama. I did like the competitions from earlier years

If there is one thing upon this earth that mankind love
and admire better than another, it is a brave man, it is
the man who dares to look the devil in the face and tell
him he is a devil. James A. Garfeild

He is also trying to keep his guys from focusing on the BS games that the US team is playing in the house.
If the US team doesn't straighten up I'm f-ing moving across the pond!
