I'm thinking that this is the first time a coach has missed a fight in the TUF series! The snide, smack talking Michael Bisping talks up the "team thing", but clearly seems unable to lead by example.
Any thoughts?

I wasn't going to rise to the bait, but I couldn't resist in the end.
TBH I am sure that Team UK are so much prouder than Team USA, considering they are doing very nicely in the octagon, getting along well without bitching and whining or betting on knocking peoples teeth out only to look like assholes when THAT particular plan back fires.
Whereas the US team look like well rounded fighters at the top of their game, with no emotional issues and excellent team spirit.
Dean was upset at the time, it affected his performance to be sure, but he was probably the weakest member of Team UK against the strongest member of Team USA, and if he has forgiven Bisping and understands the reason (however weak) then that is the matter closed. The whole team including Dean seem to have got over the matter - perhaps you should too?
It has come to something though that Team UK are doing so well in comparison that Bisping sleeping in has become the issue you are parading as a measure of Team USAs vast superiority. Keep grasping at straws :P
