TUF 9 Coaching

What did you make of Bisping and Hendo as coach's on this season of The Ultimate Fighter? I thought they both did a pretty good job and this was one of the best seasons as far as having two guys that actually wanted to coach there fighters. I think i would put bisping slightly ahead of hendo in terms of who was a better coach because of bisping seeming to be very emotionally involved with the outcome of his fighters matches.

Spike84 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I was impressed with the way Bisping brought the UK team together. Although he showed respect for the opposition (most of the time) he was quite passionate in his support for his own fighters. During the fights Bisping offered more advice/instructions for his fighters than his counterpart did.

Bisping helped to encourage a great sense of togetherness and unity among the UK team. It was also refreshing to see the Brits have a laugh during training while still taking it seriously… they had a good balance between working hard and playing hard which I think helped them to dominate the series.

I don't think we saw anything we could judge their coaching on. Either good or bad.

Im speaking in comparison to what we did see and what we have seen from other tuf coaches in the past. I know that we get a very limited view of how these guys actually coach and what we see is edited to look a certain way, but based upon what we did see and how invested in there fighters success in there time on the show, i was impressed with bisping and hendo.

I know alot of you don't like Bisping, but there is no doubt the man is a class coach, his main attribute, confidence, and he inspires tons of this, which is probrably the main reason UK won the show.

I have a great amount of respect for Henderson, but unlike Bisping he didn't really inspire confidence into his fighters and I think that was his only downfall.
