Looking back on this season, there were some ups and some downs. Although we havent seen the final outcome of this (Bisping vs Hendo) did the epic "US vs UK" battle live up to its hype??

Not really, im sure the people who put the show together were disappointed that the cultural differences didnt lead to more conflict. This season was pretty uneventful, they should have put some trashy redneck dudes and there british equivalent on the show. That would have made for a more entertaining show. On that note, what is the british version of the trashy redneck ahole?

Depends what you wanted out of it. If you wanted drunken stupidity, urine-soaked pillows or jizz-covered sushi, then no.
If you wanted some really solid fights and a couple of good prospects, then I'd say it was just fine.

^ I agree with the above post. The fights were pretty good. I prefer it when there is less drama.

A chavs a badboy gansta wannabe, whereas forgive me if I'm wrong but isn't a redneck more like a dumb southern farmer? thats the closest equivilent I can think to.

As for the show I really liked it, but then again I'm not really into that overly-dramatic garbage, such as smashing plaster board walls up (ohh so hard! lol) pissing and jizzing in pillows like the poster above said lol, and just being pricks in general, as I can't stand people like that in real life, so it was refreshing seing people being being respectfull towards each other for a change.

At the start I think the americans were trying to kick things off with the silly drawing on trainers etc and writting usa 1 uk 0, but that soon changed as soon as england won the first match up (which I must admit was a nice shock ) I think then the americans knew we meant bussiness and decided to cut all the bullshit out.

Hell no it was lame! I didn't see any jizz in anyones food, hardly anyone got drunk and started shit.

If i want to watch guys train and get along for the most part I can go into just about any gym. Im gonna catch hell for this, but ouside of the fights this season was boring as hell. The fights themselves were good, but there was nothing that really made me feel like i had to see any of them. No real hype. No one on the show was particularly funny or entertaining. People dont need to be dicks to each other for me to enjoy the show, but no one did anything to stand out or show any evidence that they had the personality to build themselves into a star.

I really enjoyed the fact we got to see more of the training aspect even though casual fans I know hated that. I thought the fights were good, though shame on me I'm still shocked the Brits did so well.

i watch it to see the training and to see some good fights which i got, if i wanted silly arguements and conflict id watch Jeremy Kyle(similar show to Jerry Springer for the non brits on the forum lol)

I really enjoyed it mainly just to see the American's get beat if I'm honest.
