Will TUF 10 be the most talented ever?

I was looking at the roster for TUF 10 earlier and it seems like this might be one of the most talented groups in the shows history. The front runner in most peoples minds is Roy Nelson, and rightly so. This guy pushed Andrei Arlovski until a controversial stand up. Then there are a few others who have UFC experience in Wes Sims, Scott Junk and Mike Wessel. Add in some former NFL players who are very athletic, Kimbo Slice and some other promising fighters, this looks like one of the most talent laden seasons yet. Thoughts?

I dunno man, yeah there are some fighters with experience already who will probably get to the final, but in all honesty, what has Kimbo really done so far besides being a youtube phenomenon and a good street fighter? And all these ex NFL players? I know little about them being from Europe but are they really fighters?

I think a couple of them have alright records, and being ex NFL players means that they will be big and athletic. American football relies much more heavily on strenth, speed and power then skill as opposed to other professional sports (not to take anything away from the NFL) so these guys should at least be physically impressive.

It certainly has potential. I think season one will always have the best fighters, but this 10th season is looking all right, and it is overdue. The UFC needs some marketable and competitive heavyweights. With exception to Carwin, Kongo, Valesquez, Couture, Nog, Mir and Lesnar, there aren't really too many heavyweights I like to see fight. Hopefully 2 or 3 heavyweights come out of the show with potential.

Uhm,no. Season 4 the comeback was easily head and shoulders above the rest talent wise but compared to the other seasons I think it will be good and it looks like they may have some legit HW's this time as opposed to the last TUF with heavyweights which was compromised of only what 3 actual HW's and a bunch of bulked up LHW's.

I agree, obviously tuf4 was at an advantage in the talent pools seeing as all the fighters had already appeared in the UFC at the top level, plus Matt Serra is just entertaining as hell. I think these HW's could be interesting but I dunno if they're gonna rock the world. I'd kinda like to see Kimbo get through just to see him against a real world class heavy weight.

TUF 1 was the strongest for me. So many seriously talented guys have come from that series. Forrest Griffin, Stephan Bonnar, Diego Sanchez, Mike Swick, Chris Leben, Kenny Florian and Josh Koscheck. They're all seriously talented dudes.

I'd reckon it will be entertaining with Kimbo in there and I hope he gets knocked out in the first round of his first fight so he can go back to fighting for money on Youtube..

I really dont think it will be the most talented considering that the weight class is one of the weakest in mma but time will tell they have some good prospects and some talented vets
