The Ultimate fighter 2 recap

Hey guys in the Ultimate fighter 2 season Matt Hughes and Rich Franklin there was a specific challenge that interested me.


It was Joe Daddy Stevenson on Hughes team who completed the challenge. It was called scarecrow

He had to make revolutions around his teammates body withouth ever touching the ground.

The heavywight on the ground cannot help joe out and has to keep his hands out like a scarecrow.

He ended up doing 204 rotations in 1 hour and 40 minutes.

My questions is Do BJJ Or mma gyms do these kind of training and what is the average length.


I find this to be way to many rotations and to much of a long time for the average person.

no idea here. but i dont think they lied about the total time and number of rotations. keep in mind, joe daddy is not an average person. he is an incredibly strong guy, and was even stronger back then at 170.
