I like Marcus. I hope he takes it all. He's also the only one on the show that isn't competing for TUF (The Ultimate Fatty).

Damn Big Baby got the Jitz going on, that was a quick, agile, smooth armbar for someone 6 foot 6. He's so damn strong, his limb control is immense I just can't see how many guys are strong enough to pull out their limbs and there's not many guys with great Jiu-Jitsu in the house. Guy is going to wreck Schoonover, I knew this guy had something. Not going to lie his stand up looked terrible, but he may just have been tentative because Mike Wessel has big power, but most probably the first (I've seen some of his fights and it's pretty bad). I could imagine someone with Marcus' size, reach (only 80 inches though, thought it'd be bigger) and ground combined with say Kimbo's stand up (I know it's not even THAT good but I remember them talking about it), that's a very decent fighter right there.

No kidding. They had a shot of Nelson from next week's fight at the end of this week's episode and his gut was hanging below his nuts. That's pathetic man. Hope he gets his fat arrogant ass handed to him.

A thought on Marcus Jones: Of all of the fighters on the show (including the BJJ blackbelt Roy Nelson) Jones had the best submission and most dominant performance on the ground.

I was very impressed with his ability to reverse a takedown (which he should be able to do easily, given his size, but still) and his ability to control top position.

He may have lost back position, but he knew what to do immediately with his opponent in the guard and, like Rashad said, that armbar was slick, and straight out of the Gracie textbook.

I think Jones may be a frontrunner to win the show. He should definitely be able to beat Darrill, given that Darrill is basically a lightheavyweight.

Anyone else think it's pretty shitty they're having Wren/Nelson square off in the next round? They could be the two top seeds in this competition. Then have two craptastic fighters in Matt/McSweeney fight because I'm sure Rashad went to bat for his boy. And Rashad complains about Rampage having his way with one fighter? Atleast there isn't personal team bias my friend.

Anyway, Roy, Big Baby, Schaub, McSweeney to the semi's. I imagine they put Roy against McSweeney and Big Baby verses Schaub. Schaub/Roy finals. I hope to see Roy/Big Baby though. I can't stand either of those Jackson guys.

Yeah, I personally think that Wren vs. Nelson could've been a semi-final fight. I don't think Wren will make the top seed, but whatever.

That said, I think McSweeney is getting an easy fight with Matt Mitrione. But that's the way Rashad wants it.

Also, I think the same is true for Schaub getting Jon Madsen. Though I may be underestimating Madsen. That dude has some solid wrestling (second in the house, maybe, behind Wren).

I think that the winner of Wren/Nelson (which, after watching both of them fight, looks like a toss-up to me) is going to end up fighting Marcus Jones, who I think got the easiest matchup (though not the worst fighter) in Darrill Schoonover, who's going to be way to small to do any damage.

Steamed has a little shameless behaviour in the past
damn you guys spolied the next episode for us down here in Australia.... we don't see big baby fight for another three nights.
I must say I was delighted to hear that big baby was good with the jitz I like him also and he's obviously a decent character deep down.
With limbs like he has, somebody needs to take him aside and teach him how to throw, he's got the kind of physique that could make an interesting matchup for someone like Lesnar further down the track (i hate Lesnar, he's a dickhead) and although it's quite a stretch for big baby t match Lesnar, wow i sure would be good to see

So everyone likes Marcus Jones - assuming he doesn't make it to the finals, who is everyone's second pick? I'm rooting for Schoonover maybe...
