If you actually think about this year in the ultimate fighter it had a grat light heavyweight bunch of fighters but the middleweights were crap. And no Ed Herman and Kendall Grove would not be able to beat Nate Quarry. Nate Quarry would TKO them both. Not that I like Quarry, I actually think he stinks and is a cockface since he said "2nd round doctor stoppage" when he was going in to fight Rich Franklin lol .

As much as I cant stand talking new fighters, let me say that Quarry sucks big donkey balls. I cant even beleive that Dana gave his punk ass a title shot. However, Grove and Herman both suck too. But I dont think Quarry would have a snowballs chance in hell against grove due to his reach advantage. Second Quarry has no ground game. So who really gives a shit who would win that fight???

I was really impressed with Bisping, I knew he was going to walk all over Josh Haynes. I think he has some really good skills that could lead to a big future in MMA presuming they don't throw him into big fights right away.

I think if Josh drops weight he could be even better than Joe Riggs. He's small enough that he should be competing at middleweight or welterweight. I agree, he has a great attittude and his striking is good.

Anyone can be better than Joe Riggs hes the worst fighter in the welterweight and middleweighr division I don't know how he got a shot for the welterweight title when he sucks and his weight of coarse would not meet right size. I guess that shows Hughes ran out of opponents lol.
