Hey guys I just thought about how great it would be to have Renzo Gracie as a Coach from the Ultimate Fighter. :)

Wouldn't it be awesome to have such a character as a Coach??

I mean he just signed a 6 fight contract with the UFC. After this season the possibilty should be very high to see him as a coach, don't you think so??

But I just can't make my mind on who would be his counterpart :confused02: ^ maybe another Gracie ...Royce? maybe an opponent for his next fight..like it always has been on TUF.

any thoughts??^^

Yea that would be a great choice  but normally the UFC tries to built up a fight between the two coaches and becaause Renzo is already fighting him pretty soon..I don't see that happening unless they announce a rematch :)

Or they should just let them coach without a fight afterwards. I mean the coaches don't need to fight each other every time they participate on the Show.. even through it would help the intensity^^

Maybe if Renzo fires off a couple of wins in the UFC. Other than that, I see no reason why he would be a coach for TUF. The truth is other than his last name being Gracie, that casual fans have no idea who Renzo is. That would make it difficult to sell the season to a large portion of the TUF viewers. I agree he is a character, and I personally wouldn't mind having him coach. But from a business standpoint it does not make any sense at this point.
But the fight between him and Hughes is a Main Card fight at 112. I think many ppl will recorgnise him after that fight and get to know him pretty fast. It's on the Dreamcard in Abu Dhabi :) wich will probably view one of the biggest ratings ever!

After this season with Tito and Chuck it could be possible or?? Hopefully^^

I think Renzo would have gotten, or still will get lot's of spotlight in his upcoming fight with Matt Hughes. The bad thing is, that Belfort is injured now wich is a huge upset fot the Abu Dhabi card in general and will definitely diminish the PPV buys a lot.

Perhaps after he had two nice interesting and competitive bouts, he will be more well known for casual fans. Hopefully!
