From what I have seen (what they choose to show), have read, and have heard from guys who have trained with him...if you're in his circle, or on his team, he would walk to the ends of the earth for you.
For me it's hard to gauge what Tito is like personally. He's obviously a shrewd businessman with his Punishment Athletic label, and I am wondering whether his arrogant personality, is just a sideshow to generate interest in his fights, therefore make a lot of money, as everyone likes to see a wanker get ko'd.
But, there's no doubting that when he coaches the fighters on the show he seems to take a genuine interest and enjoyment in coaching, and shows nothing but 100% commitment to the fighters on his team. So I am wondering whether here we see glimpses of the real TITO here, or whether the "TIT" in his name is a true indication of his personality.
