I'm really looking forward to this one! Should be awesome, although I don't know how good Kos will be as a coach. One thing I do know is that anyone not picked by GSP will be SPEWING! I know I would be ...

Thanks to limba for this AWESOME sig

they can also promote this alot easier than others for the fact that kos is the last person to take a round from gsp.
whether you hate kos or not he has the best chance at beating GSP.
Yeah, but GSP would take down Shields as easily as he'd take down Koscheck, the difference is, Shields is much better off his back than Koscheck is. GSP is in danger on top of Shields, he's in danger of little except a buck from Koscheck.

And Kos did commit a foul; by pretending that the knee hit him. "What happened?" asked Kos. Well, what happened was, Daley escaped, began to gain momentum forward, threw a knee, and Kos used the opportunity to create room between himself and his on-coming opponent.

FYI, a knee to any part of the body, save for the head, is a legal maneuver. The fact it came close to the head is neither a foul, nor illegal. Also, prove to me intent that the shot was intended for Kos' head. Once again, I remind you that, any other part of the body, including, but not limited to, the collar bone, is legal.

I don't know if you're just trolling the forum w/ the nonsense that the attempted hit is the worst thing since Babalu's choke, or if you don't grasp the concept of "no harm, no foul." And a foul was committed, as, once again, Kos was able to remove an oncoming opponent, and gain an undeserved rest. Either way, I won't be responding to you on this matter again.
Okay my only major issue with this is that you make little distinction between a knee to the head of downed opponent versus knee to any other part of a downed opponent when the attacker is standing. In the UFC you CANNOT kick/knee a downed opponent to certain parts of their anatomy while you are standing. Daley was aiming for his head with his knee, whether it hit or not, its still illegal. That's like saying, oh I may have tried to snap his wrist, but I didn't so its not illegal.

GSP is a good coach for TUF from an actual coaching standpoint but from a reality TV standpoint one of the worst because he's such a nice and respectful guy. Kos is a good choice since he doesn't care about being a dick and he's just a straight up douchebag to me. Having champions on TUF is an idea I've never liked especially a guy whose as popular and a big draw like GSP, it just isn't smart imo to not have him fight until December. Chuck and Tito is the perfect example of what coaches should be, non champions who having them sit out has 0 impact on the division, who have high marketability, who know the sport and have good coaches on their sides to train the fighters, but also have the potential to have alot of trash talk and drama between the two.

Thumbs up Champions in TUF

It was good enough for the first season to have a champion versus a contender as well as season seven and eight. I personally am good with however they do it most of the time. Sure its a pain because the guys are benched but thats not too big of an issue for me!

GSP does seem to be a a pretty stand up kind of guy but I don't think that is the reason he is not suited to reality TV. To me the problem is language. He speaks English very well and understands very well when he is in interviews but when you put him in a situation where there are several people talking and continuous conversation going on and common English expressions that we take for granted, it is not as easy for him to have the quick comebacks.

I'm calling it right now: Kos will accuse GSP of greasing regardless of the outcome. I'm really surprised he accused Daley... sounds like Kos is starting to go the ways of Tito and become a master of excuses, even when he wins!

Terrible they're tying up the title over this. I don't see the fight going any differently. Kos has improved since the first fight, but so has GSP...

As I self professed GSP nuthugger, I think you underestimate Kos.

Kos has changed his game up, striking when you dont expect him to. This changes things dramatically since the last time they met. Kos was cocky/over confident about his wrestling TDD defense coming into the first fight... now he knows what to expect and he wont take that part of GSPs game lightly.

Rematches pose a greater problem as both have first hand experience to draw and build upon.

This leaves Kos with nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Hopefully GSP will be able to do to Kos what he did to Fitch... quick evasive lateral striking from the outside + quick unpredictable takedowns.

TUF drama will prolly be at an all time high... I dunno how long GSP can keep his composure with Kos being a douche bag evertime they meet

Oxymoron; GSP has the most predictable, unpredictable take downs. You know 100% they're coming, but you know 100% you can't stop it.
