I'm only a no-gi guy but I'm pretty sure Tra is a legit brown belt. If he says knee bar (and I don't see what else it could possibly be), it's a knee bar.

with a team like that around him, its a wonder Brocks standup is still so bad. Just goes to show you, the best coaching $ can buy cant just turn anybody into a great fighter and he was already a great wrestler before.

Funny ppl used to talk about how fast he picked everything up when Cain and Junior only started learning standup 4 years ago aswell but are very obv way ahead of Brocks skillset on top of them both being Brown Belts in BJJ.

Yeah, funny how the difference in time between Cain, JDS, and Lesnar's training is less than one year.

Has JDS' team been confirmed? I know there's a thread with a possible lineup but has he got a settled setup yet?

That is most deff a knee bar, why would a ankle lock have the knee like that?

But I really don't know and I can never seem to lock it up in sparring.
I was talking about his foot placement and hip trapping. The angle he has it at is fine, all he has to do it arch his back, but as he has it all the dude has to do is roll. He doesn't have control of his hips at all.
