We'll have to see how Ramsey's head movement is vs someone with a nice jab like Tony. He really snaps that thing out there. There were one or two jabs that landed REALLY nicely last night. Don't know how Ramsey's chin is, either. Chuck took some abuse last night, and I think someone with a questionable chin or ability to take punchment might not have lasted as long. Ramsey better do a better job of avoiding the inside leg kick too! If he can keep it in tight (and boring) he might have a decent shot, and I still WANT him to win, by Tony's standup seems to be far FAR superior. We'll see if Ramsey's wrestling can make the difference.

Ramseys wrestling is too good for that scum bag Tony to keep it standing.

I think that Chuck didn't have the right game plan. He seemed way too predictable with his stand up, and was tentative at that. I know that Ferguson probably has better wrestling, but Chuck should have at least tried to get a take down. He has a solid submission game, so it's not like he would have nothing for him there if it did go to the ground. That might even have made Ferguson think twice about being so aggressive and letting those leg kicks go like that. History has shown that when a fighter is worried about the take down, he is usually more tentative standing. It could have made Tony fight in a more defensive manner, which would allow Chuck to not always feel the need to back up against the cage because of Tony being so aggressive.

He probably wouldn't have been able to have much success taking Tony down, but it would have at least made Tony know that he would have to be ready to sprawl, and not be so comfortable to just strike without risk the whole time.

About Ramsey, I wouldn't hold too much weight on him being unable to take Cope down. Chris probably had the best take down defense in the house. Torres was unable to take him down and Shamar was unable to take him down. Ramsey at least got one take down. Of course he was unable to secure position which led to Cope getting right back up, but I think it's safe to say that Chris Cope has very good defensive wrestling. Ferguson hasn't shown that his is better in my opinion.

Everything about this episode was good.. Ramsey v Cope was alright. But the build up of the last match and the match itself was pretty good.

Chuck showed heart but Tony is way faster and a better striker. I was really hoping Chucky Balboa would pull out a win somehow until the second round.. but in the third round the guy was banged up.

I think Ramsey will beat Tony. Ramsey is good in all areas.. Tony has only showed his stand up. Ramsey can expose Tony with his takedowns and submissions. Tony is good.. but Ramsey seems better at this point.

Btw.. Tony has the daddy issues? or is it just an assumption?

Yea.. Cope is too much defensive.. he doesnt have to use the same game plan in back to back matches.. He loves throwing punches from the inside.. It wasnt enough to win against someone like Ramsey.

Was it just me?

The first time I saw Tony on the camera I was like, ugh, this guy is annoying.

But that last fight on the most recent episode, WOW...

His boxing was incredible.

He was a sheer joy to watch, and despite his antics in the house, I'm a fan of his style.

I know Chuck is not top level competition, but Tony had some of the best boxing I've ever seen in mma. I hope he gets to fight some bangers in the future if he can't get past Ramsey.

I'm rooting for Ferguson. Dude is a beast.

Offensively, his striking isn't all that, but dude's got a great defense and a good chin, especially for someone who is a pressure fighter. Good power too. I think he's going places.
