Surprise? Lesnar seems like a fantastic coach.

Now before I get flamed with all he does is stand around and call his fighters chicken shit, Brock seems to be making the best of his situation.

He gets a week or so to properly prepare his fighters for the task at hand. That's nowhere near enough to sharpen your responses which are supposed to be tailored to your opponent. From the start, I thought he took the proper strategy whether it sourced from ego or not to teach his fighters as much wrestling as he could. Clearly, this seems to be the deciding factor as to who gets in and out of TUF. In the last fight, it clearly helped. I don't care if Shamar was making excuses or not. Brock's fighter clearly did what was shown to him well. His fighters are listening and responding to his training.

I initially expected the incredible hulk when it came to Brock, but we are getting a remarkably likable guy. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

He's been involved in athletics his whole life, regardless of the sport I'm sure he has a great sense of leadership.

Brock is also a pretty nice guy, but he doesn't play any of that bullshit, I can see where some would get the idea he's a jackass but he's just being himself. I can respect that.

Watching the show I actually think Brock would make a great full time coach. Some people may not like him but sometimes people need that mr. jerk style push and Lesnar provides it. He is not your friend he is your coach. Some people can befreind there coach and it works but a lot of people need the brutal honesty and motivation that only an asshat can provide.

It's pretty shocking to see what he did with Chris and Chuck and if both make it to the semi's you can argue he's the best coach the shows ever had(maybe Chuck was better).

i like both Lesnar and JDS but i think Lesnar is obviously the better coach. not just because his fighters are now winning. if you listen during the fights you actually hear Lesnar giving out useful instructions. what you hear mostly from JDS is yea, nice, beautiful. even when his fighter didnt do anything or gets hit. especially the episode before. hes a better coach in training but during the fights hes horrible.

I've talked a lot of shit about Brock before, but if what i've seen the past 2 episodes is the REAL Brock, than apparently im persuaded through media/interviews a little too much.

His coaching during the the 2nd Chuck/Zach fight was excellent plain and simple. He has gotten a lot better as the season has progressed so ill give him some props and eat some crow as well.
