Shamar - Through his little tantrum while he was fighting a scrub in Ryan, you think Zuffa is going to let a mediocre fighter get away with that? The guy is going to be used as enhancement talent and cut once he loses.
Edwards - Gassed after five minutes, we don't like to see that in HW's what do you think happens with bloody Welter weights.
Ryan - Looked like someone fighting Royce Gracie in UFC 1, only thing missing was the one boxing glove.
Javier - Lost twice on the show, and demonstrated his style of boring lay and pray that didn't work.
Mick - If he's lucky maybe people will forget who is he, I know I did.
and of course
Zach - Had his bloody career ended by bad cornering.

To my knowledge, they had been back at their original camps for a couple of months before this event. I have a tough time attributing this all to JDS, he's just one guy, if we're going to dump blame, why not look at the assistant coaches, or the camps they come from back home?
Or the possibility that they may have been riding the laurels a bit while their TV show was airing, and not training as hard as they should? Imagine how many drinks the locals buy you at the bar when a tv show you starred in is on the screen?

Perhaps, but let me put it this way, of the 25 other teams over the past 7 years we've never seen a team of fighters give performances that pathetic on the final. You could say they had horrible new camps yet team Lesnar was able to get their guys to quality camps. Historically I believe almost every year the coaches are "wowed" by some fighters and bring them into their own camps.

By the time of the finale I've quit thinking of them as team this or that.
There can be only one. Everybody else is just praying to get a fight with anybody.
I think it's fairly rare that they train for this fight with their tuf coaches. ...isn't it?

Did anyone else notice that neither JDS or Lesnar were in the corner for the Ferguson - Chuck fight?!

I guess it's not entirely impossible that Junior's coaching style gave his team a false impression on what needs to be done to succeed in the UFC. On the other hand I think it's more likely Team JDS consisted of a bunch of not so good guys.

It's not rare, I think at least one finalist does it every season.
Tony Ferguson (Deathclutch)
Michael Johnson (Greg Jackson(GSP))
Court McGhee (Jon Hackleman(Liddell))
Brendan Schaub (Greg Jackson(Evans))
Sadollah (Forrest Griffin)
The ones that don't go stick with their TUF coaches and make the jump do group together, many of the English guys ended up in the same camp. Mitrone, Madsen, and Nelson all ended up together as training partners. Greg Jackson is always fielding guys. Bader, Dollaway, Taylor all had that Arizona camp.

C'mon man, Brock is recovering from having parts of his intestines/colon removed, his team was there in Tony's corner.
Fun Fact: Blackhouse is the only major camp that has never taken a kid in from the TUF program.

LOL. They all won fights under JDS coaching them. They did not train with JDS (to my knowledge) for the Ultimate Finale. They trained with their own camps.
Seems like JDS brought the better out of them and their camps are what sucks, not JDS.

I don't think we saw enough of either coach to say JDS or lesnar were bad coaches. you gotta remember that what we see is edited down from hundreds of hours of footage, and, lets face it, we probably get the 'entertaining' parts rather than the 'technical' coaching parts.

Very true, but we did see the end results the results say Team JDS stinks. The goal of the show is two things, 1.) win the show, 2.) win contracts, Team Lesnar won the show and won the most contracts.
