Miller all the way. It seems like he cares more about teaching his fighters and helping them. Bisping is just a prick and tries to be Mr. Badass.

Miller. He's connecting with his team, he respects them, and he's goofy as hell. I was originally disappointed that it wasn't going to be Sonnen/Bisping, given Chael's habit of running his mouth, but Mayhem is a hoot. Aaaaand... his team is 4-0. I don't know if it's team luck, individual talent, or his coaching but something is going right.

What are you talking about? Bisping is easily the better coach. I especially liked "Op op op op op!!! What's he doing? Get op!". Solid advice right there.

I really do think Bispings accent does hurt his communication because as he gets more excited and tries to give any detail you kind of have to decipher what he says. Really he should have one of his assistant coaches giving the advice, but he can tell the coach what to say.
Miller seems to not only be training well, but he starts using a certain terminology, like the choke, and he yelled for that specific choke during the fight. It is details like that which make even a bigger difference. Also he gives a lot of positive reinforcement in the simple statements like "GOOD!" where Bisping just yells at them to do something or get up.

Miller seems to be a bit more passionate about fighting. You wouldn't expect it from a guy like him but he is definitely a very knowledgeable person who is exceptional at breaking moves down. He's also a more relaxed guy who is known for his great sense of humor and it seems so far that he is extremely loyal towards his fighters. Definitely the qualities of a great coach.
Bisping on the other hand has his favorites that it seems like he puts more work into. Also, his rash shouting and demeaning personality is exactly what a coach SHOULDN'T be like.
It's a no brainer. Miller all the way.

Does anyone notice this is the second season Bisping has been on in which he was absent for a fight? I think it was the UK vs USA season when he didnt show up for Dean Armasingers fights.
I wonder what Dana has to say?
