Hey guys, I just thought I'd let those of you who don't know about this know.
Gred Dog Software makes simulator games for pro wrestling, football, and I believe basketball. Well, they've jumped on the MMA bandwagon as well, and are making WMMA: World of Mixed Martial Arts. These games are fully customizable. The game starts with all sorts of made up people (who mimmick real fighters), but you can either download a new set of real people or make one from scratch. The editor has been released today, and so many people are jumping on it and adding the real fighters.
I myself play the wrestling game TEW: Total Extreme Wrestling, because I'm a big wrestling fan too. But here's how these games work:
1. You do not play as a fighter, you will basically take the place of Dana White and the Match makers.
2. You set the dates for the events, you choose who you want to sign, it's all up to you.
3. Do you want to see Couture vs. Fedor? Liddell vs. Silva? Ok then, just make it happen and watch it unfold.
Catch my drift? These games are awesome. Check out
Grey Dog Software for all of the information.
I myself am waiting for the game itself to release on 12/8, and will be downloading an edit pack some one else has already made.
