Are any big time companies such as EA talking about making a UFC or Pride game. Or better yet UFC vs Pride. It would be cool if they would make one comparible to Fight Night.
I havent seen or heard anything, and what really sucks is Tap Out 2 is not BC. My old Xbox died and all I have is my 360, so I cant play any MMA on vid games.
I wish they would make a mma game with the ufc and pride fighters so we could battle in out online and finnally decide which one had the better fighters.

an mma game on a next-gen console would rule, all the sports games they have come out with are really good, madden, nhl, nascar, fight night, all had really good controls, not too simple, but easy enough to play the game with, and they had some pimp ass graphics...i recently played the old ufc games and liked them, but wish they had sum recent fighters, and like a sotryline with their games....kinda like a WWE game, only mma, and not fake as hell
I cant even begin to fathom the idea of a UFC vs. PRIDE game, that would be incredible and would sell an awful lot of copies. Both companies make alot of money off of it, not to mention the company that made it.
A few things I'd like to see in any new UFC or PRIDE game:
1.) And most important - No life meter - or at least a better version of it, one punch knockouts, flying knees, or combos do happen in real life, and Im sorry I dont think just kicking a guy constantly is grounds for a knockout lol. Much like the Tapout games they pretty much made them just like any other fighting game out there.
The rest are in no specific order as far as importance is concerened:
2.) Real life officiating - Id like to see ref/doctors stoppages, if someones on the ground rocked and getting elbows on, let the ref get in there and end the fight there. Again not like in the other games where you can just keep hammer fisting a guy until he is knocked out. 2 or 3 unanswered shots would for sure force a stoppage
3.) Enough of that blood flying everywhere - If someone gets a cut, let it bleed on their face and onto the mat as it would in real life. Ive NEVER seen blood go flying in all directions as it does in the other games.
4.) Cuts, Bruises, Wounds - Kind of ties into the last part, after a round if a guy has been getting beat up, have him gassed, wounded and such.
5.) Better season/career modes - Have a ranking system that shows where each fighter stacks up against the rest of the guys, the normal monthly ppv with a few UFN and such thrown in there
6.) Better Rosters - I dont remember the last time I saw Jon Lewis or Tim Lajcik fight in the UFC so please dont throw those kinda guys in there lol. With all the fighters that are around now a days you can make for one hell of a roster.
7.) Commentary? - Might be a little hard to pull off, with all the different things you can do, but hey if they do it for the wrestling games I dont see why they cant do it for a UFC game. Gotta be Rogan and Goldie, obviously with all the signiture catch phrases: " Hes Rocked" "This is Matt Hughes' World."
Thats all for now folks......I know its wishful thinking......but lets keep our fingers crossed eh?
How about some legends thrown in there, and let them be in their prime. Id like to see Frye, Shamrock, Royce, Tank, Severn, Couture, heck even F. Shamrock.
