I haven't played a UFC game since Dreamcast. That one had Frank Shamrock, which is who I played with. It also had Milech, Evan Tanner, Randleman, Rutten, Liddell, Goodridge, Hughes, Ortiz, and Ron Waterman. I liked it even thought I could just press forward Y+X and do and armbar, automatic submission. My fights were less than 10 seconds.

The only place I can find Pride FC for PS2 is on eBay and you have to buy it with UFC Sudden Impact. I think the starting price is $34.99 for both?

i think sudden impact is the best all though i have only played that abd throwdown and i dont have an xbox so but nthey should give you a chance to tapout instead of just automatically tapping out but other than that its class

Sudden Impact Playa!!

Sudden Impact bar none is the best MMA as far as dept replay etc. Pride FC is great in graphics and multiplayer concept.

I'm creating saves for these two games in the next couple of months on gamespot.com. I might post links here too.

heres a good thought get both shouldn't cost you more than 20 to 30 bucks to get both in total.

I think Tapout is better then Sudden Impact. Sudden Impact was the first game they made and it was created after a pretty stupid PPV (Sherk .vs. Hughes main event ).

If you want an MMA game with replay value...pick up PrideFC's game for PS2. It has a deeper roster than Sudden Impact, better entrances, better arenas.....all that stuff - and my favorite aspect of the game: you CAN actually work through submissions attempts! You don't INSTANTLY tap when you get caught in a submission. You have a small window to reverse the hold, or just press your reverse buttons as you see your opponent deepen the submission - to hold the idle position, and not have to tap. Just my thoughts though.

I own everyone on PrideFC with Royce & Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Don't go to the ground with me!
