any benefit?

I've adopted a ground and pound strat cause I feel comfortable blocking transitions and keeping control that way. Playing online, i ussually win or get KO'd on my feet.

For the career, i was curious if the stand up style meant anything for ground and pound.

I chose kickboxing and wrestler cause i wanted hammer fists on the ground and good ground positional control. Now I'm wondering if boxer/wrestler wouldnt have been better.

Anyone know if the "knockout power" of boxing is more or equal to kickboxing when doing ground and pound?

(note, not looking for standup answers. Trying to figure out when im mounting who is going to do more head trauma. boxing or kickboxing, or if it even matters and the stats do all the work)
