I have been wanting to join a training camp for the last few week but I'm not to sure on the idea of it. Is it just players matches and one stands around while the other practises moves or is there an actual camp to train?
Just basically two camp members sparring. Not going all out unless they want to but working on techniques with a real live human as oppose to a predictable computer. Practicing reversals, blocks, transitions, striking, submissions, anything really. It is up to you.
