EA MMA or UFC 2010?

what do you guys think will be the better game? im really psyched to be able to use fedor in a game, but the new features for the ufc game look dope... they added the dodging and made the cage real, which were my 2 quarrels for ufc 2009.

I loved ufc '09 but i also really liked fight night round 4.... we'll see how ea's system fairs against thq's...

what i REALLY want to see is a game where they clash.... be able to fight strikeforce fighters against ufc fighters

I'm getting both and am also hoping they added the southpaw stance and fighters with difficult-to-render hair in the new UFC game, like they said they were last year. There are so many good fighters out of the UFC, that's why I want the EA game too, just hoping the controls aren't so vastly different that they ruin me for both games, cause I wasn't the best at Undisputed to begin with.

UFC 2010 is going to be great. The video they came out with shows all of the stuff they added that they didnt have last year. Anderson is southpaw, and it shows him use headmovement.

It shows Cain trying to take down Mir from against the cage, and it shows Kos catch Sodallah's leg and punch him, instead of take him down.

The game was already great last year, so with all of the improvements it is going to be even better.
Also Amir looked alot better than he did last year.

Both. It would be silly to boycott one of them like some people suggest, when both have different positive points. If EA MMA comes out and the first installation of it sucks (which I expect), then I'll STILL buy it. How about that?

It's always great to have MMA games to throw at guests when you don't feel like entertaining.

i played the demo and in a way feel that ea will be better. they seem to focus more on the pace of real life mma.

for instance, when transitioning from full guard to half guard, there is a battle that takes place allowing a period where it is uncertain that the transition will succeed or fail.

ufc does not have this aspect, and as a result, transitions are robotnic and repetetive.

i also feel that if one were to learn the art of mma fighting, they would learn way more from the EA style simulation than the ufc thq one.

in the end both games are meant for the hardcore mma fans, who will benefit the most from owning both. but if you dont have an extra 120 dollars lying around good luck making a tough decision!
