A member at mma.tv started a we need a ufc videogame type of thread. There is a member that goes by the name of Dana White@Zuffa and from what I've read it is actually Dana himself. He has posted quite a few times in the past. This is what he had to say....

I can't wait. I've been waiting to play against other people on xbox live for so long in a ufc game. I hope they have all the current fighters plus some of the classic fighters as unlockables. I personally want them to make this a very technical game, kinda like Tekken, where you have to do specific button commands for several different moves. I don't want just a few moves like jab, kick, etc.... Make it so can't just be a button masher to win.
Hopefully THQ does this game aswell as, if not, better than their Smackdown games.

It won't matter who publishes the game if the Developer actually making the game sucks ass. Unfortunately they haven't announced who's going to be working on it. If they get Anchor on it, then it will be a step up from Pride FC (as they are the ones who developed both Pride FC and the original UFC on Dreamcast). If it's any of the other developers that took the original UFC engine and just copy and pasted stuff on like in the other UFC games, it's going to suck ass..
But I'll wait and see until I pass judgement.
