I gave it more time, but I just can not get in to this.

The movements are horrible, and the groundwork is less precise and a little more repetitive than the UFC games. There are a few glimpses of fun within the striking, but for the most part that feels a little wacky too.

I love the roster, but I am not going to like this game I don't think.

this demo stunk, so damn easy for a takedown to mount and quick ko.

Just a few notes:

- I like the damage system, much better than the UFC game
- submissions actually work and the system is a lot more fun than Undisputed
- strangely I don't dislike the striking system although I hated it on Fight Night
- the ground game is imprecise, but it's fun
- defending takedowns is handled MUCH better than in Undisputed
- the block system is hard to get into, but not bad at all
- I HAD WRIST CONTROL!!! HOW COOL IS THAT?!111
- stats are really precise in contrast to the UFC game
- the grappling system needs a lot of time to get accustomed to, gaining positions seems kind of random still but gives a nice realistic feeling
- the game feels much more natural than UFC

All in all I don't really have much to complain about. Only time will tell if it the grappling system will get boring fast.

I absolutely hated it at first. But after playing it for a while i am starting to like it.

+ Like that the submission system actually works.
- don't much care for the way the characters walk.
+ character models are great.
+ like the roster
- still not found of the total control striking but i think i will once i get use to it i will like it.
+kind like the grappling. spinning the analog stick got old in undisputed.
- a little slow moving too.
+ like the idea of several companies and rings.

i will probably get the game when it comes out. I can learn to live with the things i dont like about it. Also it seems like i heard somewhere that the full version is going to be improved and the demo is an early version.

cant wait to slap on the heel hook with shamrock.

I consider your comment hilarious, because I have a friend of mine that's into the UFC. He never watched very much of anything else, but when Bobby Lashley walked out, and I quote, "What is this? Smackdown vs. RAW?"

Honestly, while this may be the best MMA game, it's still a terrible game. I remember buying UFC 2009, played it for a month, and never picked it up again. I won't even be renting this game, which says a lot.

EA MMA is nothing new, nothing impressive, and nothing fun.
