VCR is the xbox one correct?? Yeah i think PS4 is the better console. Iv read tons of articles and about 200-300 posts of people talking about the Xbox One and PS4 and from what i understand by reading tons of tech geeks posts is that the PS4 is the superior console hardware wise. I read that websites try to make it seem like an even competition because they dont want to cut their hits in half by only having PS4 or Xbox One fans go to their website. But if you understand and study hardware that the PS4 is far superior to the Xbox One tech wise. Iv even read that knowledgeable Xbox fans admit that. Thats why PS4 has games running in 1080p while the Xbox One struggles to do that. Heres a small quote
As the controversy over the resolution of Call of Duty: Ghosts proves, there are some important hardware differences between the Xbox One and the PS4. The game runs at 1080p native on the Ps4, and 720 on the Xbox One — some are saying that it’s definitive evidence that Developers have said similar things to websites like Kotaku, though they’re less confident about exactly what it all means. We can argue all we want about what difference this will actually make when it comes to way games look on our new systems. But when it comes right down to it, Sony appears to be the better bet for pure hardware capability, so why not go with that? It’s probably not the wrong decision.
And Microsoft shut down its "Dedicated Gaming division" and now the "Entertainment and Devices division" lead by the former CEO of Nokia is in charge of the Xbox One development. The Xbox One gets the same corporate attention as Windows Phones and Skype and these people dont care about video games. Which is why the Xbox One is no longer focused on gaming but is reaching into every other home entertainment tech. Which is great for some people but not so great for the people that want the best GAMING console possible. (Here is a old quote i found real quick)
Currently i think most people can agree that Xbox One has the better released games then the PS4. But PS4 has signed more Exclusive deals then ever and also has been improving the development process for Indie projects so you should be seeing better and more indie games in the future. Here is a quote on that too.
may be starting up an indie program, but it’s a little late to the party. Sony has been actively fostering and improving the development process for indie developers for years, and the proof is in the pudding. PS3 gave us games like Flower, The Unfinished Swan, and Journey, and that console was considerably harder to develop for. The PS4 was built for easy development and publishing from the ground up, meaning that we should be getting a lot of weird, wonderful, and beautiful games from small teams. We know we’re getting Jonathan Blow’s The Witness, Octodad: Dadliest Catch, Rime, Transitor, and plenty of others.

Indies may not pull the same kind of numbers as AAA titles, but they tend to push the envelope in a way that big studios just can’t afford to. They can take risks, they can make strange games, and they can make games where you don’t shoot people. They also fill in the gaps between major release seasons, giving you more ways to use your console than ever before.
The releases in the next 6 months to a year are going to push games in the side of Sonys favor.
So in short if you want an all in one device then Xbox One is the way to go. But if you buy your console mostly for gaming and want a super gaming experience then PS4 is the way to go.
by reading all the facts id say you did make the right choice.
That said everyone has their opinions and im sure there is alot of people who prefer the Xbox One gaming expirience from the PS4 gaming experience and that is okay. I own the Xbox, Xbox 360, ps1, ps2, ps3, Game Cube, Dreamcast, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, Nintendo, Gameboy, Gameboy color. (Or i have owned them in one point or time.)
So simply put
I dont have a favorite company. I think they are both great consoles. But i also enjoy doing research on technology and PS4 is the superior Gaming Console this time around is what it seems like. Just like the Xbox 360 was superior to the PS3. Also glad Sony ditched the Cell processor.

Yeah, the game is designed like an old school platformer where you go from area to area killing enemies/dodging traps while finding secret walls to break and uncovering tons of collectible items. It has a crafting system (sort of), but you need to do multiple playthroughs to get everything and it has unloackable versions of knack to play with.
It's also supposed to be really challenging, to a point where some enemies 1 hit kill you. It's going to be interesting to see how it is.
Yeah i watched video gameplay reviews of it. They all say just about the same thing about the game and most of it isnt very good. Usually i dont put much stock in 1 or 2 bad reviews but that game has a pretty large negative consensus. One of those negative comments is that the game is really repetitive and thats just the start of the negative comments. I like those kind of games like Crash Bandicoot or Jak and Daxter but from what iv read Knack does not live up and it probably wont become a regular face for the PS4 like some other games of that type became for the ps3.
Though i also saw that it has a co'op mode which i believe can be alot of fun if you have a friend with you there. I wish more games for the PS4 become co'op for friends to play together in single player. Or even TOGETHER on the same TV but online. I think thats alot of fun too and iv only seen a few titles on the PS3 allow that.
I think most fun i have playing games is when i get to play with a friend who is over. I have fun playing games single player but its a different kind of fun. Hard to explain with text i guess. But lets just say i dont laugh when playing a game alone while if i play with a friend who is over i might laugh or get "fun competitive" and stuff that like. Thats the best way i can put it i guess.
