I beat it a while back and it is pretty fun. It is indeed (relatively) open world and if you like killing zombies, this will definitely be your cuppa tea. Lot and lots of zombies and it's easy to get swarmed if you're not careful. You get to choose your base and can pick up stakes and move your group if you find a better location. The driving is a little weird, the cars never broke down or ran out of gas, just got more and more damaged looking if you run into something. The group interactions are interesting but get a little repetitive the tenth time you've got to take some whiny bastard out for a stroll to cheer him up. Sometimes you'll be on a mission, almost to your destination, and you'll be randomly notified that one of your group members for some reason wandered off and got trapped somewhere and you'll have to drive halfway across the map again to save their ass or that's it for them.

You can pick up new members and help out smaller independent groups that you find as well (or kill them for their stuff, if you feel like it). Also I remember sometimes things would happen while you weren't playing, like you'd start up the game and someone might have freaked out and left the group while you were gone, that made for an interesting dynamic but it might annoy people who can't play too frequently.

I played it in beta though, so some of this might have been changed.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?

So it's better to do the Dragonborn missions first?

It depends on if you want to go through that sequence or not. It's not like this huge giant thing, but it's a neat part of the main story that is missed if you beat the war missions before getting to that point in the main story.

Thanks for the headsup

I actually think il wait on buying it then since i was planning to buy it for more of a time killer then anything. But since its wise to log on alot for that game i think il wait until i finish Xcom atleast for i start that game. And i also want to check out starbound. So by the time i get around to it it might be a cheaper buy.

Who is getting SouthPark Stick of Truth?? And for what system are you getting it for??

I want to get it but i dont know what system i want to get it for. Its between PS3 and PC for me.

Right now there is a 35$ deal for the PC version

http://www.dealzon.com/deals/south-p...th-pc-download

But the PC Requirements are kind of high even though they should not be. So i am kind of scared to get the PC version.

Anyone have any advice?

"Edit"

I checked on this website and it says i should be able to run it just barely on Ultra. So i should have no problem on Medium or High.

Here if anyone else wants to check.

Just input your specs in the given tabs.

Stick of Truth will be censored in Germany so I probably won't get an... official... version.

One does not simply censor South Park content.

Not unless you wanna look like a wuss. I'm looking at you, Comedy Central. Season 14, episode 6.

According to BT.com, the censored scenes include:

A mini-game where a doctor is performing an abortion on the player.
A mini-game where the player is performing an abortion on the character Randy.
Five ‘anal probing’ scenes in which characters are ‘actively’ being probed.
These are clearly essential parts of the game. US version it is!
