Hi and apologies on the delay in getting back to you. We have been investigating this issue and the issue came because Ubisoft had not anticipated the success of the PC version and merely did not create enough. Our order was changed to standard versions to ensure we got them and out in time, this was not communicated to us and we only found out as we have shipped to you.

Once again apologies and we take full responsibility for this - we have refunded you 10% of your order to your chosen payment method as a form of compensation.
That 10% came out to a mere $3.52 USD.

I am extremely pissed off about this.... i feel like i got scammed and robbed.

Well, if it makes you feel any better the DLC outfits are pretty bad. The basically work from level 1-4 at most, then you replace them easily. They look cool but get outdated fairly quickly.

Sucks you didn't get it, though.

I thought watching Stick of Truth was better then playing it. Could of got an almost equal experience form a discovery level lets play. It just was not very fun as a game to play for the most part, but great as a South Park story, lots of fun entertainment and content to experience. The Canada stuff was great.

I like MMA less because of this forum

That does make me feel better but still what a horrible experience. First I was supposed to get the game on the fourth but then the fourth comes around and they push it back 2 days and then I finally get the game but they sneak the standard in my way instead of the special dlc edition I purchased. Then when I ask about it they compensate me 3 bucks as a slap in the face. Lol

LOL that's the worst excuse from a company I've ever seen. They didn't create enough DIGITAL CODES? how hard is it to run the algorithm a few more times and then provide them to their customers to use? Ridiculous.

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?

Yeah, pretty bad business right there. Don't sweat it too much though, as I said the gear is pretty bad. I actually forgot I had the DLC after an hour or two into the game, went back to get it (that's when I learned I had to re-download the DLC to get it to work), and it was already completely outdated by what I had on.

Dark Souls 2 tomorrow, finally. I had a pretty good week of gaming - Stick of Truth, The Walking Dead: Season 2 episode 1/2, and then tomorrow Dark Souls 2. I went from no games for like 2 months to a month full of games. Nice change of pace.

Just finished Thief.

It was alright.

Some bad design and horrible load times prevented it from being a masterpiece.

Still worth playing though!

that is the first thing that crossed my mind. I thought the whole point of digital was to get the game on release and also not worry about running out of stock. Maybe its just my ignorance but what harm could there possibly be in creating shit load of extra keys. If they go unused... So what. It does not harm anything.

Yea you are right. Knowing that makes me care less but still I'd like to have gotten what I paid for. Yeaa I can't wait for dark souls 2. Iv been hopping between games which I hate to do but I think il put everything on pause until I finish dark souls 2. I still have to buy the game... Do you think psn will have it up at midnight?

You can buy it right now on PSN. It comes with a dynamic theme (pretty sweet), and you get a code to get some weapons/armor right out of the gate (you can get them later in the game, it's just they give them to you earlier). You can then download it at 3am eastern/12am western.
