Been really wanting to play shovel knight. Looks like nostalgic fun plain and simple.

I knew that. Admitting and embarrassingly I thought the game would give you the option to switch to English subtitles. It turns out I needed to buy the digital download to get that option. So, I'm pretty much stuck with the physical copy. Well, I can get past that. I'll just play with the illusion I know what's going on and what is being said.lol

Got the first episode of The Wolf Among Us. Had no idea it was this good. First game I've wanted to binge play a game since Beyond: Two Souls, and that was last October. Probably gonna finish the first ep in one night.

Might get the second season of Walking Dead after this. Anyone try that yet? I've been hesitant to try it because it looks like you play as Clementine this time around, and that doesn't sound fun to me at all.

I don't get how it doesn't sound fun, I was so excited about the prospect of it.

TWD is amazing again. Clem inches towards being more and more badass every episode. It's not quite as good as the first one, but it's pretty damn awesome. I'm a guy with a beard, drinks cans and watches UFC, but you can be damn sure I feel that lump in my throat whenever someone mentions Lee haha.

Wolf Among Us is awesome too. Telltale is pretty much the dream company for me to work for. Wolf had a few more downsides to it than TWD but is a top notch stellar game.

I didn't play Borderlands so I'm not TOO excited about that, but Game of Thrones by Telltale? HOW MUCH LONGER?!?!?!?!?

Telltale is ******* awesome. TWD and for me especially Wolf Among us is lots of fun. It's an interactive story, nothing more, but it's done right (looking at you Beyond Two Souls).

Picked up Dynasty Warriors 8. Gotta love these classic hack and slay games with hundreds of weapons and hundreds of characters.

Wolf Among Us is great, as is TWD. As for playing as Clem, I like it just as much as I liked playing as Lee. Actually, I might like it even more just because now there's a history with the character/world, the season in general I like better than the first season, it's just more well done/better crafted.

I just don't like the idea of being a 10 yr old girl making life or death decisions. I should probably lighten up since it's just a game but it really breaks the immersion for me. Looks like you guys recommend it though so I might give it a try. Do your decisions from the first season matter at all? Got the first season on PS3 but had to restart my system to factory settings. I'll replay it if it's worth it for the second season.

And I was right. Blew through the first episode of Wolf Among Us in one night. Fantastic start. Now for episode two!

Ehh, not 100% sure on how the first season effects the second season now that I think of it. I believe out of perhaps one or two slight conversations, and maybe a clip show of a lot of the events, it's nothing major.

The life and death situations work for her though now. Basically, the entire thing is that Lee has taught her how to survive. She is always learning, but you'll be surprised at how important a character she is. She's tougher than 90% of the other characters and is more helpful in almost every situation. It reminds me a little bit of the show. You had the two girls and their dad in the house, and they really had no clue how to survive as they were capable of being held up. Then you've got the main team who were like a SWAT team, experts at dealing with everything. Different roles, and Clem's been through it all.

^You've also got that badassery ahead of you.

She is 3 years older than she was in the first episode, no spoilers but yeah time has passed, so she is a lot more mature and "adult" than she was in the first season. She is still a kid, but after all the stuff she has been through she's a hardened/mature kid who was trained by Lee all through the first season on how to survive/take care of herself. It's not nearly as bad as you think it is, don't worry.

Plus, the fact that she is still a kid makes her more vulnerable than an adult, so in sticky situations it's more stressful/more important to make the right moves. Personally I like season 2 better than 1.

Also yeah, Wolf Among Us is great, the only issue I have with it is I don't think there will be a season 2. There could be, I hope there is, I just don't think there will be with so many more Telltale series coming up (Game of Thrones/Borderlands) plus TWD still going. I think this was a one and done season.
