WEC World Extreme Cagefighting is an American mixed martial arts promotion. It is the sister promotion to the UFC, both owned and produced by ZUFFA, with a focus on lighter weight classes and talent building for the UFC. As with its older and much larger sibling, the WEC uses the same rules as the UFC, but it holds its fights in a smaller octagonal cage.

Who should Carlos Condit fight next?

According to MMAWeekly, Condit is scheduled to defend his WW belt in February against an unnamed opponent.

Is there anybody in the WEC at 170 that can hang with him?

Could they bring in talent from another organization like they did with Doerksen?

I believe they could, or just loan the WEC lower-tier WW's that are really talented.

Keita Nakamura vs Carlos Condit would be the swankness.

For now, anyone vs Condit would rule, since Carlos Condit always makes his fights exciting, except when he's fighting Jake Shields. Someone like K-Taro would make it a competitive fight.

Honestly, there are no other guys in the WEC to challenge Carlos; he wiped out the whole division. I mean, I don't care to see Alessio vs Condit 2 or Larson vs Condit 2.

Lytle should just move to WEC. Chris is such a solid fighter but the guy has a bad track record in the UFC. I think he would thrive in WEC. He looked awesome against Thiago Alves.

Would be nice, but Joe Riggs basically told the WEC to go screw themselves by signing with Strikeforce instead.

Lytle vs. Condit wouldn't be a bad fight at all.
