WEC World Extreme Cagefighting is an American mixed martial arts promotion. It is the sister promotion to the UFC, both owned and produced by ZUFFA, with a focus on lighter weight classes and talent building for the UFC. As with its older and much larger sibling, the WEC uses the same rules as the UFC, but it holds its fights in a smaller octagonal cage.

Miguel Torres and his mullet will reign supreme.
Condit should avenge the loss.
Varner, do me proud.
Maeda vs Valencia better get shown.

My picks:
Jamie Varner (pretty dominant takedowns with good striking to disguise them)
Chase Beebe (after that great showing with Rani I doubt Miguel will submit him)
Takaya (he's been in the ring with much bigger opponents than Leonard, and his striking is much cleaner)
Miller (Micah's got a better submission game, and after his loss to Cub I have to assume he has been really working his hand speed)

Should be some good fightin'. WEC is really bringin' it on the tube. Last show they had 4 titles on the line and this time we get 3 more. Who can complain about that?
I may have to take next Thursday off to recoup....ha.
Mad props to the WEC!!

Ooh, ooh, I am, I am.
This looks to be a great, great show, with all the title fights being pretty even.

I got a 6 pack of Sam Adams, and a liter of Jagermeister for tonight. I still don't think Varner is gonna have what it takes to dethrone "Razor Rob", Torres better win and I think he can after reading about him fighting guys 50 lbs heavier when he was starting out and Bonnar (former training partner) thinks he is a better fighter. Condit will probably win it but with the odds I laid some points on Prater just in case. Anyone else excited to see Tapia beat on Liddell's housebitch? I know I am.

Varner better win, since I have a sig bet with Iron Daisy.
I dig Tapia, so yeah, I can't wait to see him whomp Chuck's poolboy.
I'm glad that they're giving Hominick another chance. I wouldn't mind seeing him go up against someone like Valencia or Maeda.

Didn't know about the sig bet so I will do an extra shot for you when Rob KO's The Worm
No offense but Hominick is a featherweight and I totally see him winning tonight with his next fight being with Pulver for a title shot unless they just give Pulver one.

Maeda's fought in the FW division before, as has Valencia.
