It tells me nothing of UFC or the WEC it tells me that Pulver is better at 145 than he was at 155 lbs and is fighting in a weight class better suited for him. So if Filho came to UFC and tooled Franklin then suddenly is the WEC better than UFC or is Filho just a better fighter? See you're a perfect example of the problem with MMA and why it never will reach the heights of boxing, football, basketball, baseball, hockey-I could go on but i think you get the point. Its not about UFC vs. Pride, or UFC vs. WEC or Elite XC vs. Strikeforce but fighter vs. fighter when that bell rings thats all it comes down to...

That tells me that he performs better at 145, fighting guys his size instead of guys much larger than him.
