WEC World Extreme Cagefighting is an American mixed martial arts promotion. It is the sister promotion to the UFC, both owned and produced by ZUFFA, with a focus on lighter weight classes and talent building for the UFC. As with its older and much larger sibling, the WEC uses the same rules as the UFC, but it holds its fights in a smaller octagonal cage.

You're right, he's a better fighter now. He lost to Pulver when he was training with Frank, and he beat Hughes for the title without him.
The BJ that whomped Pulver (a better suited FW) and Stevenson (an extremely tough LW), looks every bit as good, if not, better than he did when he was training under Frank. He was fighting lesser opponents back then too.

O I thought BJ was training under Frank during the first fight with Hughes my mistake.
Also Din Thomas, Matt Serra, Caol Uno are just as good as Joe Stevenson and a very small Jens Pulver who lost to Lauzon.

He looked better against Joe, Hughes and Jens than he did against Serra or Din, The Uno fight was jsut retarted. He is a better fighter now without Frank than he was with him. And I can't believe you say that Lauzon isn't good.

He didn't look good against Serra but I think he was a better fighter back then it's just My opinion.
I don't think Lauzon is very good he's a solid fighter who will spend his whole career in the UFC but I put him far behind Edgar, Griffin, Huerta, and a bunch of other young LW's as far as chances to be top 10 LW's

Which I don't understand because he has the best BJJ out of all of the young LW's at least the ones that I can think of. He also has good wrestling and nice standup. He will prove himself Vs Kenflo win or lose.

I don't think his wrestling is good enough to get any of those guys down and I don't think his stand up is good enough to beat those guys on their feet. I think Lauzon is really good when he can take guys down and dominate them from the top. However I don't think his wrestling will allow him to do that on a consistant basis in the UFC LW divison.

I don't understand what's so laughable about it, considering BJ could have the most natural talent out of anyone in the UFC. I don't think he will beat GSP, but to say it isn't a possibility is dumb.

I can't believe no one has commented on this pic yet..
This is why a lot of people think MMA/BJJ is gay.
