WEC World Extreme Cagefighting is an American mixed martial arts promotion. It is the sister promotion to the UFC, both owned and produced by ZUFFA, with a focus on lighter weight classes and talent building for the UFC. As with its older and much larger sibling, the WEC uses the same rules as the UFC, but it holds its fights in a smaller octagonal cage.

That's why I'm so hyped up about Rosholt because guys who are known as dominant wrestlers in the UFC with great wrestling backgrounds are jokes compared to Rosholt.
BTW thanks for the find WAWA I knew I read something about it.

No prob. Honestly people give me crap about Dollaway but he isn't half the wrestler that even Roller is.
Hendricks is probably the #2 wrestler as far as pedigree goes I can think of the guy won the national title twice and he lost in the finals in his senior year.
And then Rosholt destroys anyone. I mean 3 national championships it's a rare accomplishment in the wrestling world no one who makes the MMA transition has ever had this kind of a pedigree. Rosholt will IMO takedown anyone at will same thing for Hendricks. I honestly think Hendricks is a better wrestler than GSP if he adapts even half of his skills to MMA.

Sure he didn't sub him but Miller is almost impossible to sub.
Maia gassed pretty hard against Herman after a round which isn't a good sign.

Sorry if you weren't the one to say this, but wasn't it you who also said that the Maia-Herman fight was really high paced so it wasn't surprising that Maia gassed?
Although I admit that Jacare seems way more well-rounded than Maia. In one of Maia post-fight interviews, he said he wanted to test himself to see if he could handle a punch and he said that next fight he'll know just to take it to the ground and not take any damage. It's thinking like that that will get him killed against someone like Silva. You definitely cannot neglect any aspect of your game.

No I did because I didn't think it is a huge deal. However when comparing him to Jacare it is defiantly a negative against Maia.
Maia isn't IMO taking this as seriously as Jacare. Not an insult to Maia just Jacare is at one of the top camps in eh world ATM.
Fedors Fan If you are trying to be a dick than w/e. If you are honestly asking I can get you videos of both guys.

Here's a thread I made on Rosholt who is like I say in the thread the best MMA prospect I've ever seen
http://www.mmaforum.com/general-mma-...e-rosholt.html
Here's a highlight video of his fights
http://youtube.com/watch?v=tzjO_ZeYqfs
He is also if you didn't read the thread a 4 time All American and a 3 time National Champion
Johny Hendricks is a WW who is a 4 time All American, and a 2 time National Champion
http://youtube.com/watch?v=ns-wKgd7yEs
Here's his only fight on the internet he wins by a D'arce and for a wrestler to show that kind of BJJ skill 3 fights into his career is just crazy.
These two are going to make an impact at 185, and 170.

Thanks for the heads up, bbjd7: I'm impressed! Look forward to seeing these two fight in WEC. Any news which show they might schedule them to?
