WEC World Extreme Cagefighting is an American mixed martial arts promotion. It is the sister promotion to the UFC, both owned and produced by ZUFFA, with a focus on lighter weight classes and talent building for the UFC. As with its older and much larger sibling, the WEC uses the same rules as the UFC, but it holds its fights in a smaller octagonal cage.

Frank Mir does NOT want to talk about his fight with Nog.

Thanks for that info Damone.
It does get old, but it's Frank Mir, the guy would bring up Faber if they were talking about heart surgery.

bbjd7, check out Joseph's fight in DREAM. Very solid performance from him.

Benavidez isn't going all balls out like he usually does. Not saying that's a bad thing.

I will he's looked solid I wouldn't put him up there with Tapia or Bowles and especially not with Torres. But he is solid.

I'm very impressed with Benavidez. I thought he was very good. Maybe keep his hands up a bit more.

Edit: 2-0 so far. Go Tamura.

I didn't think Mir's commentary could get worse but seriously what was that baseball, cricket line about it was horrible.

BASF has a little shameless behaviour in the past
The strangest thing about Mir's commentary for me was the fact that he talked about some of the well rounded fighters and how he seemed to be including himself in that. I've always thought of Mir as the definition of a fighter who does one thing really well, but hasn't put in the time to make himself well rounded. Maybe that's changed.
