WEC World Extreme Cagefighting is an American mixed martial arts promotion. It is the sister promotion to the UFC, both owned and produced by ZUFFA, with a focus on lighter weight classes and talent building for the UFC. As with its older and much larger sibling, the WEC uses the same rules as the UFC, but it holds its fights in a smaller octagonal cage.

I love me some Cowboy, but Henderson is a dangerous matchup for him. He is a relentless wrestler with very slick submissions. I think Henderson is good enough on the ground to not get submitted and possibly get Cowboy in some awkward positions on the mat. If Cowboy can keep this standing Henderson is in trouble. But I dont think he can stop the TD's. Cerrone has a very dangerous guard, but I think Henderson will stay of trouble and take this one to the judges. I expect a close decision.

Im taking Henderson in an upset..

Cowboy Cerrone continues to be overmatched on the mat. Match him up against a good wrestler and he will lose. I like his standup, I like his attitude and toughness, I like his submission game.. I hate his take down defense.

He was on his back the entire fight against Ben Henderson
