He gets more popular and more popular after every fight. Definately an UFC posterboy.

True. He is basically the whole welterweight division except with Georges St. Pierre who will take the belt off him in a worse fashion than BJ Penn did on UFC 63. Trust me, Matt Hughes couldn't get by BJ and Georges got by BJ easily but it also took 3 rounds.

And I can't wait since Georges St. Pierre is getting a rematch at UFC 63. He definitely win will this time. He beat BJ Penn and Matt Hughes was destroyed by BJ Penn. And Matt took 5 rounds to take out Sean Sherk and Georges destroyed Sean in two tounds. And also Georges murdered Frank Trigg. Matt Hughes had trouble in that rematch against Trigg. St. Pierre definitely looks like the new welterweight champ already.

I have to say I think that George St. Pierre is looking good for the rematch. In his last fight with Matt I thought George was the aggressor until the tapout.Did Matt get lucky like he did when he first won his belt vs. Newton. I still say Matt was out that's why he dropped Newton.Don't get me wrong I think Matt is great you just never know what will happen.

thats mainly becasue different federations or what not may not recoginize other federations and such.. so they won't count fights. Others count all fights so it is hard to get an exact measure of a fighter who has been around awhile in different groups over the years.. each group might have him listed differently

does GSP have it in him to defeat Matt Hughes? the last fight was awesome but he couldn't take matt down.. i think the second match would be interesting.. i'd still bet my money on matt!
