Not to take anything away from Karo who I think is great. But I disagree with this statement: "Parisyan is the only fighter to use Judo successfully in MMA fights."

Other fighters who have used Judo successfully in MMA include:
Fedor Emelianenko
Kuzuhiro Nakamura
Hidehiko Yoshida
etc. etc. etc.

There's a lot of them - just need to look at:

While he may not be the only person to succesfully use judo in the mma world, he is certainly among the best if not #1. His throws and take downs are as effective as they are exciting to watch and he has a solid grappling/submission game
