There are many different types of the 300 workouts on the internet and I thought I would share my version with you. Complete 3 rounds of the following 10 exercises doing 10 reps on each one in your quickest time. Clean and press, hang cleans, squats, bent over rows overhand grip, bent over rows underhand grip, press ups hands on bar, roll outs, suitcase deadlift right and left arm and burpees to deadlift. Use the same barbell throughout. I did this today with a client who used 5kg on each side of an olympic bar and after 16 and half minutes the challenge was done and so was he! Not the one you posted, I've done the real one. I've done it twice and my best time is 24 min, I could probably get under 20 min right now though, that was a year ago.

Im not sure if the '300 workout' has been posted online or not, but from what I read, I really doubt it. It seems like it was several weeks of various workouts and a very strict diet.

I think what most people call the '300 workout' is actually a fitness test that is accomplished by very few people under 20 mins.

Well if you get chance try this one and you should get it all done in under 15 minutes.
I'll see if I can give it a shot next week. Here's my workout, which shits on the real 300 workout ;)

6 muscle ups
6 pull ups
12 psuedo planche push ups
12 box jumps @ 24 inches
12 floor wipers @ 135
12 single arm overhead clean(6 each arm)
12 leg kicks @ 24 inches

3 sets of this, not quite 300 reps; 216, but a whole hell of a lot tougher. I get it done in 15-25 min and do it everyday, never really timed it on point.
