I know a lot of people don't bother keeping up with news.

So here are two potentially key points on supplements from 2013 people might have missed.

#1 DNA tests reveal many herbal supplements are fake

#2 Hundreds of Dietary Supplements Are Tainted with Prescription Drugs

#2 has been known since at least 2013, if not earlier, but didn't become an issue in MMA until october 2015 when USADA went into effect and tainted supplements became a major issue.

#1 doesn't apply only to herbal supplements. If I remember right there were many supplements that were DNA tested that were found not to contain what was advertised. In some cases supplements contained substances known to be toxic and harmful to human health.

I can't remember any science, health or sports websites doing much to cover these basic points so maybe there is a place for this somewhere.

I got rid of that problem a few months ago. My doctor suggested I train my back because he saw that my muscles needed some extra meat put into them. After a few weeks, there was no more problem. But, I really took to hitting the gym twice a week, and I wanted to go even further by taking sarms I came across at https://www.organicsproutedflour.net/best-sarms-for-cutting/. Mixing it with all the sports supplements I got brought me 10 lbs of pure, lean muscle in 1.5 months. Now that’s some smart investment.

Yeah dylanwalk, some supplements are just made to sell and nothing else. There are just after the money. Not only supplements but there’re also other things in this category, meds are another example. But what if you bought a supplement and you feel it works, is there a possibility that it can be fake? Cuz I know when I used CBD gummies those days, they worked pretty much without a doubt. That’s why I’m asking
