Just wondering if anyone knows if Vera has commented about the fight?

I haven't heard anything and sorry if anyone thought this thread was started with info in it. Tried to make the thread name clear.

Yeah I think Vera should be humble considering how badly Jones mangled his skull. At least the UFC is taking care of him. I wonder if this will ruin Vera for future fights?

I feel pretty bad for Vera, I expected him to at least put up a fight.

He did, but he is still human, Bones Jones has some quality elbows once he got hit with those there was nothing he could do.

He seems down in the dumps and rightfully so. That said, with another loss or 2, I can't see how the UFC can hold on to him.

Vera did all his talking pre-fight, and its a good thing cause he's probably eating through a straw for weeks. Orbital bone, you really don't want that broken.
