I just wanted to post a video I found on a local (to me - Minnesota) MMA fighter. He is a great fighter, I have seen him a few times at various shows I have gone to.

He typically fights at 145, though he has had a few fights at 155.

Pretty much... I assume he has a manager that sets up these sorts of things. I would also assume the video was made for those purposes. I am a friend of facebook, though I don't really know him.
