#3 Beneil Dariush will meet #4 Islam Makhachev in a 5 Round Main Event February 26th for UFC Fight Night.

Two great grapplers will finally clash to prove who is the better lightweight going into 2022. A division known for having some of the best fighters in the world. The lightweight division is stacked. Beneil is on a 7 fight winning steak dating back to 2018 and is looking for his 8th and most important victory so far. Coming off a unanimous decision victory over Tony Ferguson in May of 2021 Dariush is ready at 32 years old to get a title shot but he has to beat a ***** gold medalist Makhachev.

Islam Makhachev has an impressive winning streak as well and has dominated his opponents in flawless fashion. Makhachev is looking for his tenth win in a row in this division and owning a nine fight winning streak that goes back to 2016. The winner of this fight will have reached the top of the division with Justin Gaethje holding the number one position right now.

We know one thing
Beneil Dariush vs Islam Makhachev is going to be a battle of the top lightweight grapplers in the world. Two men who are ready to take on the champion Charles Oliveira.

UFC Fight Night headlines by these two lightweights is not one to miss.

Looking at this fight who do you think has a better chance of getting the victory?

If Islam can get the belt.

Abubakar Nurmagomedov could go down in history as the greatest MMA coach of all time.

Khabib could retire 29-0

Islam could retire with the belt, 20+ wins and only 1 loss.
