was just browsing the internet when i stumbled across this image of TUF11 set.

in case you didn't know tito has been rumored to be injured and has pulled out of his fight against chuck. tito's replacement has been rumored to be either rich franklin or randy couture. this picture pretty much confirms that franklin is the replacement, and the ufc is planning to make the announcement on a future episode of TUF11.

i don't have any official links, just the picture.

I am not sure what to think about this whole situation. You have Dana denying any part Franklin coming in for Tito and I dont think he would just lie openly and take that back 2 months later.

Honestly, there's so much misinformation going on...and there's very little information at all. I would rather watch the show and learn that way. Though this picture is in a way telling. I hope to see the same area with a Chuck/Tito image during one of the next episodes to see if it appears doctored at all.

if dana let the cat out of the bag before TUF11 even aired its first show just think of how bad the ratings would be. dana white puts business first before everything, and holding information until the right time is good for business.

Well, if true then I like it. The Tito vs Chuck trash talk on TUF will be epic I'm sure, but I just don't have any interest in seeing Chuck/Tito III. Franklin is a much more intriguing matchup for Chuck. I wonder where this pic is from though... surely the editors of the show aren't stupid enough to let such a pic find it's way on a promo vid, are they?

Yeah Tito doesn't rock my socks. Franklin is way smarter and I hold him in high regard, especially when compared to the likes of Tito (who imho should be in WWE for his twilight years; he'd be a star there).

MMA math says this match-up should be even and a toss-up, a la UD over Wanderlei. But, Franklin is more technical than Chuck and does have great gameplans that guides him thru the whole fight and only falls apart against Brazilian Southpaws.

Interesting in this picture how everything is kinda shaded but only Rich's picture is very bright. If you see Chuck's picture, it is kinda in a place where light doesnt fall directly on it. In fact, every other place in that sorrounding it was like that. Just Rich's picture is so bright and light falls directly on it.

This, I am afraid, is some magic of Photoshop and not an actual picture.

that's possible dana and chuck avoided direct questions about it, from what i read though. and they did say tito was still on schedule. so could be some real shenanigans ending with tito vs chuck anyway.

I think Franklin outclasses chuck in everything except KO power and TDD (which means next to nothing against Franklin).

Franklin by UD. (Of course theres no bias on my part)

This got me very excited to watch this season of TUF.
