I have found some great stretches here, but I need some help again if anyone can shed some light please.

I need to find out how to stretch the outside edge of my left knee.

It is sore as hell and I don't know how to stretch it.

The pain starts on the calf and runs the left-side of the knee to the quad/hamstring.

I stretched a bit Friday and it seemed to help...but I am not sure.

I did a search just know and here's what the ITBS thing is...

That ITB thing runs at an angle down the center of the leg towards the knee-cap.

The muscle I am having issues with is what comes off at 90-degrees to the right from the center of the inside of the cap on the outside of the left-knee.

The pain continues on the outside of the left knee into the uppermost portion of the calf.
