Alright so I'm about to start my training here in about a week. I was in the Marine Corps and had some training there as well as some TKD a few years back, now I'm looking to move in to real training and eventually into the cage.

The gym I'll be going to has Muay Thai, BJJ, KB, and Judo, but obviously with time constraints I want to focus on BJJ and Muay Thai.

I'm 21, about 150 so I'm definitely LW, what my questions are:

What can I do to help build muscle (dietary wise)?

What are the best ways to build my conditioning back up (to survive 15 minutes of fighting)?

and besides the classes listed, any recommendations on other arts to train in?
