Ok so here is the deal. i am a 20 yr old male, 5'6", 159lbs pretty athletic body type. my question is what is the best way to cut body fat fast. i go to college so i really can't have six small meals and classes interferr with work out times. if someone could help me out that would be great!

Im 5'7" and I walk around at 160 but I drop 5 to fight in LW class. It doest sound like you need to loose fat as much as you need to build muscle. And as you know muscles feed on fat for fuel so your weight shouldnt change drasticly but you will notice you will be getting leaner as you gain more muscle.
