Wait, you thought Spencer looked terrible in the Stout fight? What fight were you watching? Spencer was able to take Sam's best shots, and fire off some of his own. Close fight that could've gone either way. Fisher felt the weight cut, but was able to have a nice fast paced fight.Spit206Fire said:Fischer looked terrible in the Sam Stout fight.
I am sure they will, soon.IronMan said:Spencer looked fine in the Stout fight and he looked great in his last fight, even though his opponent was garbage. I don't understand why they're having Spencer fight a newcomer. He should really be fighting Guillard to see who gets the first shot at the 155lb title.
Again, I don't see how he looked terrible in the Stout fight. You have an odd definition of terrible, if you think Fisher looked bad. James Irvin looked terrible against Mike Kyle. He had his hands down, and didn't do anything. That's terrible. Oishi not doing jack all against Diaz was terrible.Spit206Fire said:So since when is it ok to make excuses about why you lost, he didn't need to take the fight at 155 he wasn't forced to cut 20 pounds so why would you all make a defence stances as if it was ok for him to loose. Looseing sucks anyone who fights knows this, i know i wouldn't take a fight if i had to cut 20 pounds in 2 days and was unprepaired.
supposibly Dan is better then his brother... his brother won that fight pointed at him and noted that he is the one to watch out forj.farrell said:i posted this thread on another site...im excited to see what happens..if dan is anything like his brother than anything could happen
Im not sure for over all MMA, but he is twice as beastly than Joe in the grappling section.Organik said:supposibly Dan is better then his brother... his brother won that fight pointed at him and noted that he is the one to watch out for
And apparently your not an MMA wiz because everyone knows just because they fight at 170 doesn't mean they weight 170 lol nubEsotera said:First off, apparently this site isn't full of math wizzes. 170->155 is 15 pounds cut, not 20. You can go ahead and say that he was probably 175 or whatever, and I beg to differ. He was small for 170, it wasn't the hardest thing for him to cut weight. He took the fight, he didn't need to. Either way, he's a fighter. UFC through a fight at him in 2 days and he hoped on it. This shows he doesn't fight for his record or whatever. This fight has been planned and I don't see little Lauzon being ready for an experienced guy who has competed, not just fought, at 170. Also, I don't want to see Dan riding his brothers upset, if he wants a name for himself, he better create it himself. Fisher by ref. stoppage 2nd round.
