Your body adapts to training very quickly which is why you need to keep progressing your workouts and challenging yourself. If you body is not being challenged as much as it used to be then you will find your heart rate is not being pushed as high as it once was and your body will not be burning as many calories. So look at increasing how many times you run up the hill, changing the pace, increasing the distance, adding some bodyweight exercises etc anything to keep your body guessing.
