Since 2008, Fitch has been painfully dull, minus the GSP beating. He's a great fighter, and solid number 2, but yikes, the guy has become so boring. Can anyone name anything exciting in the Gono and Paulo Thiago fights? I can't. The Pierce fight had that moron cornerman texting, and that was it.

I'm not interested in polling this topic. Seriously, does anybody like watching this guy dry hump for 15 minutes?

I don't like him at all. He is, in my opinion, the second best WW right now. But I think he needs to finish a fight before he gets a title shot. He says he always tries to finish fights, but with the exception of some few good elbows in the second round last night, it seemed like he just tries to do enough to prevent a stand-up.

You really think he's that bad? Fitch is a grinder, and that's his game. He's had some fun fights, but his last few unfortunately haven't been that great. I kind of enjoyed this beatdown and total outclassing of Ben Saunders. I liked it more than GSP vs. Hardy, anyway.

Fitch fan here and yea I agree he has been boring. Not sure what it is, I see him trying to keep working and getting a TKO. I saw him press a little to get the finiish, he goes for subs. Just not sure why he isn't getting some 3rd round finishes. Hopefully he turns this around.

I don't like watching him fight. At first I liked him but now he just bores me to death.

White is pretty much forcing him to fight KOS for the next title shot and I'm sure he's doing that to piss him off so that he leaves the UFC or never gets another title shot.

He was landing lots of shots in the second round before it was stood up, in my opinion, unfairly. I enjoy watching him because he imposes his will on his opponents.

He fights his own fight. With the exception of GSP he has his opponents. He is smart when on top,look how often he avoids submissions before they even happen.

Okay he doesnt finish fights but i still enjoy them. I like a good knockout as much as the next guy but theres something about watching a guy dominate every aspect of the fight which is entertaining to me. Maybe you have to train it to notice but Fitch works constantly in every fight.

Err "watching" is such a strong word... I do like when he fights though, it takes time to prep food and make mixed drinks so... I get a little extra time when he fights.

I dont like watching Fitch 1 bit. The guys one of the most boring fighters in the UFC. GSP is also boring to watch imo. The only good entertaining thing about the GSP fight was watching Hardy not tap when he should of about 7 times.

I would rather watch a Lesnar fight than a GSP fight now. Another Decision win for GSP and Fitch. Surprise surprise.

I would rather watch Fitch than GSP because Fitch grinds out wins but he is still beatable. GSP on the other hand isnt going to lose at WW, so what is the point in watching????

I'm not a fan of his. Putting him against Saunders was a waste of Saunders talents. Instead of getting to see a normally exciting fighter in an exciting fight, we got to see Fitch do everything he could to make sure the fight was as dull as possible. To be honest, I hope Fitch doesn't get another title shot so he gets pissed and goes to Strikeforce or something. Also, does anyone really want to see Fitch vs. St. Pierre 2? Good luck selling that fight.

i agree. i find him extremely boring.. However he is the second best welterweight. And he will get his title shot. but i see it ending the same way as the last fight. he possesses no knockout power..that i know off.. and he will get GnP'd and lose by decision. Frankly i dont see who else can be a realistic threat to Gsp at welterweight.Paul daley and anthony johnson maybe..but i see gsp doing to them what he did to dan hardy.. oh well..guess we just have to hope he goes to middleweight..i think he has a lot of potential.albiet he may have to face 2 or 3 gatekeepers before he goes up against the better middleweights.

I like watching Fitches fights as much as I like watching GSP, so no not at all there both boring as sh-t. And I'm Canadian. Try watching a GSP fight with a bunch of people who just go crazy when he gets a takedown, im like no sh-t thats all he f-ckn does. 5 round decision master.

Watching Fitch fight is predictable. 7 decisions in a row is bad no matter how many times you won! You pretty much know he will always decision guys unless it's against GSP.

I personally think GSP cleaned out his division. Why not move up??? I don't want to see him fight all the other top 5 welterweights since he fought them all already!

I do feel that GSP has been predictable since his wrestling is in a world of it's own. It seems that's his only tool lately. I wish he could strike like Anderson Silva!
