what's up guys?
i just wanted to see what some of you do to manage your energy levels. i think that i'm horrible when it comes to the subject. i tend to overuse energy drinks, during the week, and then i just crash hard by fri and sat. sometimes even mid-week, which affects my training reg. any suggestions? should i lay off the energy supplements completely?
